Please watch the 40 second news-clip on Fox 8 News here.CLEVELAND, OH-- Tremont West Development Corporation will sponsor Showcase: Tremont on Friday, May 14th, an evening walking event that will highlight the neighborhood’s most recent development projects. Showcase Tremont will begin at 4 p.m. with a ribbon cutting at the Bioswale Parking Lot (815 Jefferson Avenue).
The event will celebrate Tremont West Development Corporation’s newest neighborhood projects: Lucky Park, The Bioswale Parking Lot, The West 7th Street Gateway, Tremont Opportunity Homes and The Model Blocks Program. Showcase Tremont is open to residents and non-residents of Tremont and will be free to all participants.
Partnering developments including Tremont Pointe, Tremont Place Lofts and Starkweather Place, will be open for tours. Other partners involved in the showcased projects include The Cleveland Housing Network, Neighborhood Progress Inc., The City of Cleveland Office of Sustainability, and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District.
Showcase Tremont will start at the Bioswale Parking Lot, on the corner of Thurman Ave. and Jefferson Ave near the intersection at Professor. Signs will be posted throughout the neighborhood to direct guests to each of the projects. Showcase Tremont will run until 6 p.m., when guests are encouraged to finish their neighborhood walk with Tremont’s May ArtWalk.
